My name is Heath, and I’m the owner and operator of Founders Home Innovations, based right here in Hampstead, Maryland. While our name might be new to the area, my roots in home building and repair run over 20 years deep. I’ve worked across nearly every aspect of home construction, maintenance, and remodeling, which has allowed me to grow into the well-rounded professional I am today.

But experience is just one part of the story. What really drives me is a philosophy about what a home truly is. To me, a home is more than four walls and a roof. It’s where life unfolds—where you raise your family, create memories, and feel safe and supported. A home should reflect who you are, work for you, and adapt as your life changes. That belief is at the heart of everything I do, and it guides how I approach every project—not just fixing what’s broken, but helping your home support your life, now and in the years to come.

That philosophy was instilled in me by my grandfather. He took immense pride in his home, and every repair or upgrade had to meet one expectation: his own. For him, a home was an extension of life itself, and that mindset—care, attention, and respect—stuck with me and is at the heart of every project I take on.

Now, through Founders Home Innovations, I combine that lifelong respect for homes with my Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) training to help families live safely and comfortably in the homes they love. Whether it’s helping with your everyday repairs, adding accessibility features, or rethinking spaces to better support independent living, my goal is to create homes that adapt to your needs.

I proudly serve my neighbors throughout Carroll County and select areas of Baltimore, Howard, and Harford Counties—including Towson, Hunt Valley, Ellicott City, Clarksville, Fallston, and Bel Air.
